everyone's comfort, smoking and nonresident pets are not
permitted at the Inn.
On
our availability calendar there is a secure "reservation
request" section if you would like to make a specific
inquiry. Please note that a deposit is required to secure
any reservation to hold a room . NO reservation is final
until we contact you to confirm. If you prefer not to
use the secure server we would be glad to call you to
obtain a deposit and reservation.

Deposit Policy
Two nights or more - 50 percent of total stay including
tax.
Deposits must be received within 7 days of the date the
reservation is made. If a credit card is used for a deposit
it will be processed at that time. Deposit is forfeited
if guests arrive after date specified.
Cancellation Policy
~ Effective June 2008
If you cancel a guaranteed reservation more than 14 days
prior (30 days for a reservation during Fall foliage or holiday weekends)
to scheduled arrival, we will be delighted to credit your
deposit to another visit within 6 months, or we will refund
your deposit less a $50 prpn* processing fee.
If
you cancel 14 days (30 days for a reservation during Fall
foliage or holiday weekends ) or less from the arrival date, you will be charged
the full amount of your expected stay, plus tax, unless
the room can be rebooked for the entire reserved period
in which case a refund will be made less a $50 processing
fee prpn*.
If you feel, for any reason, that you may not be able to honor your reservation and you do not like being subject to cancellation fees or nonrefundable deposits, please purchase travel or trip cancellation insurance.
If you arrive after the date expected or depart before
the final date of the guaranteed reservation, you will
be charged the full amount of your expected stay.
Our credit certificates cannot be used during Fall Foliage and any major holiday.
If you book the entire inn we require 1/2 of your stay as a deposit. If you cancel the rental of the inn we will be glad to extend a credit certificate for your full stay. There are no refunds for the rental of the inn or any Birds Nest Inn gift packages.
All Birds Nest Inn packages are nonrefundable.
